14 hours (ish) into this quit. This morning was absolutely awful, couldn't stop thinking about smoking. Have had coffee with a friend, just walked the dogs with my mum and now here I am
Now to start revising for an interview I have in 3 weeks time.
Hope everyone is having a good day

Been there, done that!!! Hiding from the kids on my last quit attempt. Feels much better when you really quit though, as opposed to pretending to quit!
I can always get my trusty frying pan back out if you're really having a tough time. Gemma and I have used it to beat the c*** out of nasty nic on many occasions!
Is there anything you're doing differently this time? Any tips that really worked for you or any that weren't so great?

I may take you up on the use of the frying pan
I'm just using lozenges, not really getting on with the e-cig. But will have it handy just in case, would rather use that than light up a proper cig.
This may sound mad but when I couldn't get to sleep last night and thought I was craving I counted in my head, think I got up to 100 but by then I had stopped thinking about cigs. I did it this morning too but only needed to get to 30 and then the thought had passed.
I had tried several different patches last time but reacted to all of them. I'm gutted about that because they really helped. Oh well, onwards and upwards.....

Yeah, that's a shame really. I found them okay (no reactions at least) but exremely itchy and I did go bright red wherever one was stuck!
I've never thought about the counting thing, that's great!
I think keeping your e-cig handy is defiantely a good idea. I hope that you don't need to use it, as there could be the worry of becoming hooked on it, but it is so much better than the real thing!
