6 months smoke free

Hi well finally can say im non smoker.. not had one in over 6 months.

I used champix although only for couple of weeks as i felt terrible and really ill/ but Im here.. happier, healthier an now cigarette smell makes me feel sick.. no craves at all.. good luck everyone.

I did smoke around 30 a day too

I'm on day six and you've just hit month six! Well done, that is an amazing achievement.

I'm cold turkeying this time, the champix sent me doo-lally a couple of years ago and i smoked after a couple of months, never really felt like i had quit, just felt like i had been tricked, great stuff if it agrees with you i suppose.

So, thanks for the inspiration, i hope you be joining you real soon.

really no craves at all 6 months out? I am hoping that it will get better as time goes on...Congratulations for 6 months, happy for you!!!
