4 smoke free months

Right now this second i have just noticed i've cleared a whole 4 months!!!!! I can't believe i've actually quit especially as i only decided to quit about a week before i did it.

Just wanted to share and say thanks everyone for your fab support on here. Life is o much better without the fags.

Thanks everyone Roll on 5 months! where does the time go and who would of thought i'd get over it this quick. I like to think i'm over it but i'm well aware of how it can sneak back into out lives at any time and it only takes one puff to do that. I stand proud on my quit and as cruel as this may sound....., when i see other people throw a wobbly and then 'have to have' a fag to calm down...this strengthens me so much.

and like you I thought I would never make it and then there you are a none smoker, 2/3rds to go and you will be in the Penthouse, I really hope the lifts working when we get there as all those stairs even the stopping smoking wouldn’t get me to run all the way up and still be able to breathe LOL , take care.
