......I had a fair few drinks, and for the first time EVER didn't even think of smoking and didn't need any gum at all. I only remembered the next day that I usually crave when I drink!

Ah thanks Kat!
I am just so surprised by it - for 15 years all I have know is drinking with smoking, and to "forget" after only 50 days..... wooohoooo!
And I think a lot of smokers just cannot imagine booze without a ciggie so it might stop them from wanting to take the plunge and quit. Such a shame, as I enjoyed it more without worrying when I could next pop out in the pouring rain to feed the addiction....
