Well now on 11 weeks 1 week away from making it to the 3 month mark yay !!

Got to say this week has been the hardest out of them all, I don't know why ive had no stress or anything, just been missing smoking but its easing off again now, came close to caving in a couple of times but so glad I didn't !!

the one thing i found that helped when I really wanted one was to go listen to a track on my ipod, they say a craving lasts for 3 mins, by the time I had listened to my fav track I felt relaxed and happy again it took my mind of cigarettes completely

if anyone is coming close to having a fag please try doing this first it worked for me and may work for you.

just a simple easy thing to try before a dirty stinking fag !!!

That's a brilliant tip too, I didn't think about it at the time but back when I stopped I found loud music *really* helped me

Even bought some better earphones for it

Keep going, life's so much better as a non-smoker!!

Very loud music in the car when driving? just be sure you can hear a car horn blare outside in an emergency (*takes Policeman's hat off again*;))

Oblivious to speed limits,texting as they drive,doing make up in the rear view mirror which is angled not behind but towards driver,huge tangle of air fresheners draped off dashboard,CDs al over the seats..the car of the modern girl

I use my iPod and don't do my makeup in the car!!
