Morning well it's day 11 and I have woke up with the mood from hell I feel so pissed off and there's no reason for it.My children have gladly left for school to get away from me lol.I am going to have a soak in the bath hopefully that will lift my mood.:mad:

Am on day 9 of quitting the e-cig (just as bad as the real thing) and feel pretty well the same way as you!! (Actually just snapped at someone - stupid s*d asking me the same question 3 times :mad::mad::mad

But know from quitting the real deal that it *doesn't* last and soon you'll be back to your old self

You're doing fab, I hope you're going t treat yourself with all the money you've saved

Sometimes, you should just let it all out. Sometimes, not all the time. Pick a moment where you are alone, then let the frustration rip, yell it out and scream like bat out of hell.

Just remember, its not the nicotene or the lack thereof that cuases this feeling. That frustration/feeling was always there, we just did not notice it.

When I start to feel crabby I keep telling myself that this is just temporary and a cigarette will not make it better.
