Hello everyone....its my D18 and its still mixed up. Sometimes, odd cravings comes along but now its getting easier to manage em all. I wish everybody here best of luck with their quits and being a part of family, we might not be aware of the fact that how well we are contributing in each other's lives by "being there" in hard times of quitting...
Cheers to a successful and supportive family members

Hi Rick
Well done for getting to day 18, you've beaten your "15 day curse" so that's great
Know exactly how you mean about mixed feelings - am going through that now kicking the e-cig - but with this place, we're going to make it!!
Hi Rick - I feel almost the same as you, in that I STILL have cravings but only at certain times of the day, which is a bit weird. In fact, it's THIS time of day I could murder a fag - when I'm sorting out grub & having to wait around for stuff to cook!! Boredom, that's what it is! I've been like this for ages now but have resisted so far - think the 'good' parrot is wearing the 'bad' parrot down a bit!!!
