4 weeks!!! Day 28

Hey everybody,

Well today completes several landmarks for me, mainly thanks to the help and support from the amazing people on this forum.

These landmarks are as follows.

4 WEEKS COMPLETED SMOKE FREE

28 DAYS IN TOTAL SMOKE FREE

672 HOURS WITHOUT A CIGARETTE

APPROX 1120 CIGARETTES NOT SMOKED

APPROX £470.40 SAVED

But most importantly.........I feel the best I have in years!!! I have also lost 9lbs as I have been hitting the gym as a method to help me focus.

Thanks once again to all you guys who have put up with me during the past 4 weeks, and I will be seeing you in day 29 :)

Quick question tho, how come we quit on the same day and im on day 30 and you 29?!!! Did i skip a day? Either way its irrelevant, its a whole month tomorrow and that is a bl***y achievement!
