Well, that's 3 weeks done with patches. They are too painful and itchy and my skin looks like a patchwork quilt. I've started using ecigarettes and so far, so good. I have tried nicolites and skycig. Can anyone recommend any other good brands? Trouble is I may get addicted to them now.
Also, I don't know how to post my smoking history at the end of my posts like most of you do. Help please?

Day 22 that's over 3 weeks congratulations!! i'm only on day 9 and using the patches, they are working for me so i dont care if I look like a patchwork quilt, all covered with jumpers anyway probably feel differently when the summer eventually arrives.
I can't advise on ecigs as i havent tried them as it is the habit that I find difficult, you know , not lighting up at the usual times eg coffee, the phone etc. that was my worry about ecigs, getting addicted to them but there are some that have no nicotine in them I am sure others on here will know which ones they are.

Thank you Trea. Glad the patches work for you. They just made me itchy and caused a rash.

Hi Teabag
You do have to be careful with e-cigs 'cos obviously the nicotine ones *are* addictive, although you can get 0% nicotine refills for them!!
I've got a VIP one, it does the job pretty well IMO - but definitely go for one of the major brands (VIP, Sky and so on) rather than the dead cheap Chinese tat!!

Thank you Gemma-Lou,
When I order refills, I will gradually reduce the nicotine strengths until I'm on 0%.
