what I try to do is to limit my smoking by smoking as much as I "need" but not as much as I would like. This way I have already reduced my smoking a lot!!

Am not trying to be rude, but you don't *need* any cigarettes - why not just quit altogether? Or is this in the run up to a quit?

When I said "need" I did not mean real need but discomfort thats why I put " there. By reducing smoking I hope to quit completely.

Ooh right, again just my 2p worth but why not get patches or gum handy and just stop? Would think it's better to get it over with in 1 go rather than taking longer and hurting more in the long term!!

You're "allowed" to smoke for up to 2 week on the patches I used (although I didn't) so you could give that a whirl and it would probably be a hell of a lot easier.

I hate to say this but that NEVER worked for me. I hope it works for you but if it doesn't just pick a date, mean it and do it.

You are right Max, I did click on the link on Moll's private message and it is again in my own opinion quite blatantly a scam... I would like to invite Moll to defend this as opposed to my assumption of him or her cutting and pasting snippets off of other web sites ... It seems very unfair to a web site like this full of genuine people going through a somewhat trying time..
