Been to the farm today with work. Took 73 kids aged 3-5, usually on a school trip I am thinking about where I can sneak off to for a smoke, but today when i got home it occurred to me that I had not thought about smoking once! Go me!

Well done - it's ceertainly a good feeling being able to enjoy every situation for what it is rather than being constantly pre-occupied with where and when you're going to sneak your next smoke!
