Day 13 coming up- nearly at the end of week 2, which is just freaky! It doesn't feel that long at all, I think I've been in some wierd time warp for the last few days! I have a big work function on Wednesday night, my first since quitting- the big test! Eek!! :eek: Sure will be fine, cos I know I'll be so annoyed if I do the STUPID thing and smoke. But, wierder than wierd, I don't feel like I want to smoke now. Hmmm.

Ow! Slaps given. I know, it is just wierd! No more smoking. How strange, yet how bloody marvelous! I will nw rub the slaps better and head off to sleep, safe in the knowledge I am a non smoker! (still wierd though!!)

You're doing really well just keep it going ##As for the work function just treat it as another one of those hurdles to leap over just as you've been doing all along OK

Remember the one where going to the bus was a huge one this is another just like that

Margareth, I'd forgotten the bus hurdle! Seems so strange now, I just wander off at the end of the day and don't even think about it. So, yes, just another of my hurdles (I'll be olympic standard soon!), and I will be able to enjoy the meal without focusing on when I can escape to smoke!! Mmm, Tapas, my fave!
