I feel proud, because I have proven that I CAN overcome challenges that seem impossible.

And you should be proud of yourself, you've got through some really tough times and still you *didn't smoke*

Am feeling good too - haven't had a fag for 14 weeks and it's flipping great!!

That's about 2000 fags I would have got through :eek:

Emotional rollercoaster

No the e-cig has not arrived yet.

I have been round and round in circles over the last couple of days, beating myself up for buying it, justifying my reasons for buying it, a bit more beating etc. And it it isn't even here yet! Lol.

I have, after some unproductive thoughts, decided that the thing is coming anyway and I may or may not use it.

Right now, I DO NOT WANT A CIGARETTE.

So my theory is that I need to take a chill pill and just keep asking myself if I can manage without, whenever I feel the need.

If the answer is no, well I'll deal with that when I need to :rolleyes:

I was exactly the same with the e-cig!!

Had been battling with the idea for a little while, well the same as you were, then when I bought it felt awful. Am OK with it now, it's just there when I need it, the rest of the time having it in my bag seems to help

That's the main thing, you don't want a cigarette and that's half the battle!!

If you use it then fine, it's stopped you smoking so it's fab. If you don't then it's only a few day's worth of fag money (£8 a pack - ouchies) you'd have spent anyway so that's fab. It's a win/win situation!! xx
