3 weeks now without a cig wow I am so pleased with myself. Getting easier now not really craving just a bit lost sometimes but having smoked for 46 years or so it's not surprising I feel there is something missing. I am going on another journey tomorrow, into my 4th week, how exciting. Hope I will have some travelling companions coming with me

Well done!
Good luck for Week 4 (though, it doesn't sound like you need it!). I'm sure you'll be great and will feel even better in 7 days time!

Well done Jeannie! You have done excellent up to now and long may it continue. The early days are the hardest and the feeling you have of being lost is common especially for us long term smokers but we can do it! You can do it.Pat yourself on your back
