I'm a few hours early 'cos my last fag was my bedtime one, but I'm peeking round the door

Honestly never thought I'd get here, especially during my wobbly time but this is the second longest time I've been quit since I got myself hooked!!

Still haven't smoked Just using my e-cig when I have to (not all the time!!) and haven't had any gum since Tuesday.

Have found that has made my quit a lot safer so definitely won't be smoking again now!! Spent yesterday afternoon with a couple of my friends who smoke like chimneys and didn't feel even the slightest bit tempted

Will be using the e-cig less, and buying weaker fluid to go in it. You're not meant to be able to refill the ends but I'm a crafty Cornish girl

To be honest, it was a bit scary 'cos I knew before I'd have matched them fag for fag but all i did was have a few puffs on my e-cig and think how foul the smoke smelled!!

Just promise to use that E Cig only when you have to Gemma and no more.And try to bin it ultimately,God's fresh clean air is all you need.

Oh I will Max, am not going to replace 20-odd fags a day with that!! it would probably give me a sore throat or something anyway and I will get off all kinds of NRT when I can!! I'm just taking it gently 'cos I don't want to set the Black Dog off again :eek:

Just realised I've gone over a quarter of a year without a stinky fag!!

My app says 1895 fags not smoked - it's going to be more than that though :eek: and £758 saved!!

To me Gemma you have always been that unassuming young lady who set off just before me,she is still there tearing along the trail ahead of me in the near distance,smiting craves left and right ,I have watched you for months,leaving behind a delightful aroma of perfume and chocolate as well as clear marker posts
