Yaaaay go all of us I feel like im over the worst now. I do still crave and I chew gum 95% of the time (to stop me eating) but I think im past giving in now (i pray). I know I can never smoke again and im ok with that, Im nearly at day 100...... I never want to go back to day 1 xxxx

It really does Well done you, thats awesome....... I want to be thin and smoke free for when we take our little girl to Disneyland in November, could never stick a 9hr flight being a smoker lol

Winbig, I suggest you and I treat ourselves to large slices of home-made cake when we have both arrived in the Penthouse.

Now what do you fancy? I make a mean lemon drizzle, my Dundee cake is pretty good, or how about a chocolate-covered marble cake? Or I haven't made a carrot cake with orange frosting for a while...
