Day 7 without a dreaded cancer stick. All good and I feel great. One downside is the vivid strange dreams hence being up and on I pad at 4am! Strange thing is I didn't even have a cartridge in my inhalator yesterday! :mad:

Well done Clarey! That's wonderful news! We stopped on the same day and that's been it for me too! Haven't used the inhalator this week, so I think I'm done! Yay
