Day 17 - All good in the hood!!

Day 17; week 3 & still going strong! I do sometimes feel lost but understand this will pass. The difference at the gym is unbelievable. Advice for quitters is first join a gym that offers free group classes such as spin. This really does focus your mind of what you want to achieve. I just hope I haven't done any permanent damage over the last 20 years!!

NICE Leeroy, dont know what spin is as i never go to gym, usually i cycle but hey, what ever floats it :rolleyes: your doing great fella, keep it up :)
