When I first decided to give up smoking, I really didn't think I would last very long (being honest now), joined this site and thought, yeah right 13th March got no chance of me still being on the wagon then, and here we are 2nd of March, Angela is still going strong!
Would not however have done it without the help from the people on this site, kicking me up the arse every time I have felt sorry for myself (which has been quite a lot).
Thanks one and all, still need a kick every now and again, but it is getting easier for the most part

Hi Angela, I just want you to know how pleased I am for you! Really pleased you have got this far. I know what you mean about not thinking you would get this far. I was exactly the same and here I am now 1 year quit.... I can sense that I will be congratulating you in about 10 month's time on your 1 year quit. WELL DONE YOU!
Thanks everyone, in the very early days i posted on Facebook every day, as it was all i could think of, got loads of support from friends on there, am now only posting once a week to give progress report.
