Well main reasons are for my children as i need to be around for a very long time,my health,save money,to smell nice instead of smelling like a walking ashtray!!! Long road ahead but will get there one day at a time.

Well done Marge. You will do it. I have faith. Always remember you have a choice. You can smoke anytime you want, but you are making a choice that you won't. That thought was one of the things that helped me 6 months ago. I felt I was in control rather than vice-versa. x
