Thanks Greg. I'm actually find this quit 'ok'. I'm nowhere near as miserable as I thought I'd be. I'm getting a bit tired now of the brain forgetting I've stopped smoking though. I keep going to get up and have a ciggy but then my brain eventually engages and I realise I can't ggrrr But other than these horrible lil episodes, I'm doing ok.

Hope you are too. Let's do this thing!!!
