and still going! so far its been easier than i thought ive only had a few major craves after the first few days and ive coped alright so far! trying not to be to relaxed though! mornings dont bother me so much its of a night its always been bad for me. I can still hear that voice in my head telling me to have "just one" but i keep choosing not to smoke today!! Hope all the other new years quitters are doing well!
