Day 7, very well done. Looks like, with the last couple of days being a bit easier, that the initial full on crazy cravings have peaked. So it will start getting easier now for most of the time.
There are still going to be some super cravings every now and again, with periods of relative calm between them. The periods of calm will increase as your quit progresses, so you will experience fewer and fewer super craves.
It is day 7 for me today as well. The cravings are mostly not too bad, what is really bothering me is constant headaches. I have been using an E-cig a bit here and there mostly at night and I snuck a few puffs frm it this morning as well  and I wonder if it is the small amount of nicotine I am getting from that or is it a lack of nicotine, not sure!!
Hanging in there though, definitely feeling optimistic for the future
btw: I still wake up everyday thinking about a smoke so I am hping within the next couple of months that will subside as well.
Don't quit quitting! Remeber you made the decision to quit, stay with that decision and be happy you are a non smoker. Enjoy been free and not having a horrible poison rule your life.
Your doing great, the more times you fight these cravings the easier it will become. I work as a sales advisor for a major bank and it gets stressful for me when im not meeting targets etc. I now just grab a brew and so******e with my other non smoking friends .Don't envy the smoker and remember it is them that will envy you been a non smoker
