I am Really working hard to keep my spirits up and not snap the face off the BF again tonight lol.
Very depressed but muddling my way through it smokeless!!! Can someone please explain to me why I don't even have the desire to physically go grab a smoke and yet emotionally I feel like crap???
I really feel worn out but suspect it is much more to do than just giving up the ciggies, just seeing all the bad sh*t surrounding my life right now i guess.
So sorry, need to stop being such a downer on here. At least i am resolved to spend the rest of my life as a non smoker SWEET !!!

As far as not having the desire to physically smoke (excellent!) and yet emotionally feeling like crap - this is probably something to do with reduced dopamine levels. Nicotine stimulates the release of dopamine in the brain which makes you feel good. Cut off the nicotine and the dopamine levels drop (until the body adjusts) so you have less "feel good" endorphins, and consequently feel like shit. There is quite a lot of stuff about this on the internet, if you google it.
Don't worry about expressing how you feel on here. We all know it helps, so carry on moaning if you want to. I've had days of grumbling myself!

Ya, support is awesome. Its what got me through tuff time. K, my pic is my youtube channel pic and its name. Without know this one may think im demented. No, it just a channel on youtub about my quitting and when i quit i felt like i was in "The Nicotine Deprivation Chamber" thats all lol.
