Hi Sevens,
Yes it is hard All of us on here have either been where you are, or are there right now!!
Take a moment. Take a breath. Think about what you're doing and why you're doing it. Yes, it's hard for a while - but all those years you've been drumming this habit into yourself, it's bound to be. If you can accept that there are going to be some tough moments and just be prepared to ride the wave, it helps. You're stronger than this weed. Craves can be beaten.
The good news is, it takes years to make this habit, but not NEARLY so long to break it!! You have to hang tough and keep focusing on all the good reasons why you're quitting. Keep going one hour at a time. You will come out of the other side of this, and it will get better.
I just posted a link to an old post I wrote which gives some tips of things that have helped me. Have a read, you might find something to help you.
Post on here about how you're feeling, it really helps to know you're not alone and to get the support of others in the same boat.
All the best.
Helen
Helen's right Sevens. Hang in there, you can do it
