Day 2 here
Hiya Twinkles,
It's awful when you can't sleep isn't it. It doesn't last though so I really hope you stick with it and hang in there.
It's just so worth it.
Good luck and I'll keep my fingers crossed for you too!

Great name Twinkles
The dizziness is like a free booze up isn't it!
Try to really relax all of you muscles and let it wash over you.
Hope you get some sleep tonight.
Molly is an expert in lack of sleep ....but she got through it
Hope you do soon too
Take care
Greg
Hey twinkles,
I can't sleep at the best of times. Last night for instance still awake at 5.30am!!! Luckily don't go back to work until tomoro!
But I spoke to my pharmacy about it(I could not sleep at all after a bereavment), and she recommended a product called 'sleep time' or night time'. Its boots own brand. And its basically night nurse without all the paracetamol etc. Its an anti histamine - soooo spelled that wrong but anyway its an anti histamine that makes you drowsy hence sends you to sleep. Its only for short term use though. But its cheap and it definately does work.
I'm still on my first day currently nibbling peanuts lol keep us posted on your progress and good luck!!
Well the sleepings no better went to sleep at 11 and woke up at 12 wide awake! I darent take anything to help me sleep as my 2 year old isnt great at sleeping through so i need to be able to listen out for him! Just power through i guess!
Sorry the sleep is going so well. I completely empathise I have 3 children to get up for as well. (I don't have a 2 year old but do have a 12 year old who is fond of BBM in the night and the constant beeping of her phone is not good).
Please try not to resort to sleeping pills, your sleep will get better eventually (or I keep telling myself that anyway because mine is still hit and miss). You have to learn to sleep without all the chemicals that have been in your body for x years and replacing with something else isn't the best thing to do.
Best of luck to you.
