Keep going - remember all the reasons you quit yesterday.
It's going to be a big series of milestones, so try to look at it in a different ways. Once you've not had that 10am fag, you can say "I used to have a 10am fag, but now I don't."
I'm on day 2 as well - we can get through this together.
Hey all - welcome to day 2. I cant believe I am going to say this but it DOES get better. Each day you do not smoke you will feel better, smell better and you should be proud of what you have achieved.
I only quit a month ago, not long in the eyes of the lord but to me it is a MASSIVE achievement and I can honestly say I barely get any cravings now.
As for work, you will be distracted for a few days, maybe a bit longer. Try and find something that will take your mind off the urge. I would get up and go and get a drink of water or go for a walk around the building. Still giving myself that break from work but without having a smoke, much easier that trying to deal with a crave at your desk.
Anyways best get back to work myself - good luck and keep it up!
