I was here last year and managed a quit of about 4 months before i started having the odd one with a drink and it snowballed. This time i am going to cut out drinking as well and remember its never just one! Fingers crossed i can stay quit this time.

Hi Twinkles.I think I read somewhere that it takes 6 months for a new lifestyle to become "normal" Maybe you wont have to give up drinking altogether but could try again after that tiwe period. At least now you are aware of your trigger, and how there isnt a "just one".Good luck with your quit this time.Sue x
