3 weeks done now, and it's been a real rollercoaster - but I haven't had a bad crave in ages now, hope that lasts! I am getting small ones, but they're not too hard to ignore - and I *really* don't want to smoke another fag ever! My cough reminds me why I don't smoke any more! I hope that clears up soon 'cos it's dragging me down!!
I took my patch off last night when I was getting ready for bed, was worried it was going to mean I woke up craving or wound up but it was fine 'cos I slept heaps better!! Still had some odd dreams but nothing as bad as with the patch on, and I didn't wake up feeling depressed like I had before 'cos the nightmares really upset me.
Thanks for all your help and support everyone!!

Well done Gemma you're doing really great, over the worst already
Thanks!!
I'm amazed really, I had smoked on and off (mostly on) for nearly 13 years and even though it's stupid I enjoyed it until recently *but* now I'd rather cut my hand off than smoke another - have to say I'm loving the change!!
Very well done Gemma-lou, you've had a tough ride so far and you've coped with distinction, excellent. I'd go further than AB and say you seem like a battle scarred veteran to me already.

Aww thank you, I really appreciate that!!
Lol, I definitely feel battle scarred - am having a tough day with it today as well. Have had more NRT gum than I would have liked but at least it's not cigarettes!!
