Hi :)

3 weeks done now, and it's been a real rollercoaster - but I haven't had a bad crave in ages now, hope that lasts! I am getting small ones, but they're not too hard to ignore - and I *really* don't want to smoke another fag ever! My cough reminds me why I don't smoke any more! I hope that clears up soon 'cos it's dragging me down!!

I took my patch off last night when I was getting ready for bed, was worried it was going to mean I woke up craving or wound up but it was fine 'cos I slept heaps better!! Still had some odd dreams but nothing as bad as with the patch on, and I didn't wake up feeling depressed like I had before 'cos the nightmares really upset me. :(

Thanks for all your help and support everyone!!

Thanks!!

I'm amazed really, I had smoked on and off (mostly on) for nearly 13 years and even though it's stupid I enjoyed it until recently *but* now I'd rather cut my hand off than smoke another - have to say I'm loving the change!!

Very well done Gemma-lou, you've had a tough ride so far and you've coped with distinction, excellent. I'd go further than AB and say you seem like a battle scarred veteran to me already. :D
