In honor of Biggrin......fancy a grumble!

Too hot!

Too full!

No drink...yet!

In-laws in the living room making it look like an old peoples home!

Smells being made and people blaming the dog.....and we haven't even got a dog!

But ... you know what?

I wouldn't want it any other way!

Only fleetingly felt like a smoke after the meal...but nothing too severe

I so much wanted a fag. OH was working till two. I took to the booze instead. Rose. Hic. Put a glass outside the front door for him to neck before he came in.

Oh blow, he's had a bottle of bicardi for Christmas. All downhill from here then.

We're in synch.

I've felt the same for a couple of weeks. I'm thinking its because I'm feeling better and starting to do things I haven't done for months. I suppose it's just a lot of triggers. I've been sucking on my inhalator all the time.

I couldn't agree more. I have never understood the arguments one way or the other to be honest.

As far as I'm concerned, if someone manages to not smoke on a bad day then they should be so proud of themselves and no-one should make them feel any different!

As far as quitting goes, everyone should do whatever works! It matters not in the scheme of things, not one little bit. I don't even look at anyone's quit method unless its pertinent.

So, really well done Shelley and Fi. Big congrats to you both
