Entered my 7th smoke free month yesterday! I've really surprised myself that I've done so well.
I was also surprised to find myself having stronger than usual urges to smoke for a few days lately. I won't give in to them being this far in to my quit that's for sure.
Areas that people smoke in really smell nasty now!

Well done on getting to your 7th month, sb. Seems like one or two people on here who are around the 6 month mark have been saying recently that they have been getting stronger than usual cravings. So, you are not alone with that.

Wow! Haven't you done well! I was wondering about you and how you were getting on. I know what you mean about the craves, but just do not give in to them. You have come this far now and it is onwards and upwards for you. I will save you a seat in the penthouse, because I know I will be seeing you in there. Merry Christmas SB
Thank you for all of the kind words. The cravings I felt were odd to have the way I have had at this point although I understand they never truely go away.
I've come way to far to ever start back so no worries!! My daughter is so proud it would break her heart if I ever started again.
I know I don't drop in much anymore but I do think of this site and the people on here all of the time. Good luck to us all and stay strong!
