Hi
11 weeks quit today. So, so pleased
I've yet to say / or type 'never again will I smoke' (that just doesn't exude much confidence does it?)
However, this quit journey feels so different, I've ALWAYS felt that 'this is the one'

Good for you!
Wow 11 weeks that is fab Fi You are doing really great and I think this is the one.... this is definitely the one... I can feel it in me bones
When it feels different that is a good sign a very good sign and you are so positive... with some people you can just tell they will succeed and you are one of those people
Very well done Nutmeg, 11 weeks is awesome! Sounds like you're pretty confident that this is the one and I'm sure it will be, positivity goes a long way x
Congratulations Fi! Same for me too and I completely agree with where you are on the psychological journey! X
Sian and Kaz
Thank you my lovely lassies. It's a great feeling having tossed that Mr S Cut out of my life!
Have to say have found things relatively easy this quit (unlike others). Definitely in a good frame of mind. Not complacent though!
So many success stories on the go on the Forum just now. And you two are doing well too, time will pass so quickly for us all too at this time of year.

Hey there Nutmeg
Way to go on your awesome quit!! Personally I think the fact that you are not making statements like those is a hugely positive sign. It shows that you realise the danger us ex smokers are in every minute of every day, and really makes it that much more likely that this is your final quit.
My heart is really smiling for and also with you.
Shanita
congrats and well done,
Im loving the fact that its not just me thats had a switch flicked in my brain (tried and failed to kick it many times) but as you say theres something different about this quit, maybe its the love here
11 weeks, fandabbydozzi!! Well done Nutmeg
