Hi Mrsm

Like you I am on my third week, I have smoked for many years and want to be around to see my grandchildren grow up. The best I have done in the past is eight weeks then for what every reason I through my rattle out of the pram. This time like everyone else I have had really bad days but have managed to keep focused. This forum I know will help me realize that when the going gets tough I will not be alone in my fight.
