I've done the 7 day mark and been with a heavy smoker all day.

I was worried today would've been the day that broke me but it hasn't I'm so happy.

Well done guys, the hardest part is over and done and you will find it gets a little easier from here on out. But beware the nicodemon as he will still try to trip you up in anyway that he can.
