I can honestly say that I am looking forward to stepping down on the patches and I am eagerly anticipating next Monday when I can take that step down. Hope everyone is having a good day and that you are all getting what you want friom your quits.

Good Man!
Glad your feeling better with the quit and that you sound like your more in control.... i stepped down quickly in a previous quit and it seemed to be okay. i went from a patch to 3/4's or one to half and reduced that way.... the drops were hardly noticable to be honest.
You'll be supercool.... do what feels right, if it feels too soon you can always step up again for a little while.
Have a great day!!!
I thought I was getting a crave but when I stopped to think about it I was just full from eating lunch. It just goes to show that when you actually think about 'cravings' they mostly aren't cravings at all. They are little tricks linked to triggers and for most people the biggest trigger is after a meal. Yee haa... love this quitting malarky, I just don't fancy doing it again after this lol
Hi Mark good to see you back on the quit. I've been off the boards for a bit but still hangin in. You're goin to do just fine and we're all here with you
