I am a fan of Champix because they made my quit easier than I could have hoped for, and the side effects were worth it for me. Keep it going, keep posting and reading and definitely get out there and breathe in all the lovely clean air. You will notice how everything smells so lovely (and not so lovely) now that you are a non smoker

This forum brings a tear to the eye I must say!

I too have had the busiest Sunday I think I have ever had and I can honestly say it is simply because of stopping the stinking weed!

I have worked in the field where my wife keeps her horse, tidied my works van (even swept it out!), sorted the log store, put up 2 coat racks...that I have been meaning to do for three years!! Can you believe that? 3 years!! It was always, oh I'll do it later....after this fag and cup of tea :mad:

Then to cap the day off I went for a 12 mile bike ride.

And I must say....it felt bloody great!

Wow you certainly have a busy Sunday there, thanks for the reply it was a great day especially with the weather.Today i have woke up positive again and happy inside as everyday is a success for me thanks again for such a great reply.
