hello to day 4

I hope you are all doing well and staying strong.

is the weekend more difficult or is just because we have more time on our hands?

Phychologically its more difficult because we ass smoking with weekends and relaxation.

But I just kept busy and treated the same as any other day.Once your the first weekend its another hurdle passed

I do agree the weekend seems "different"

I was worried about it to be honest but I had a couple of beers last night and a few puffs on my inhaler.

I must say after a bit I didn't even think about smoking. I stuck Men Behaving Badly on the tv and actually had quite good laugh at it.

I do believe that keeping positive and laughing is a great medicine.

Let's stay strong and spank this!!

Day 4 done on to Day 5

yesterday wasn't to bad, kept busy making soup,fresh bread and so on.

I have to admit this morning I feel rubbish sore joints, throat and headache.

Almost had my first real wobble today found a pack with a single ciggie in it!!

Stared at it for a few mins, ripped it up and put it in the bin, go me!!!

my inhalator is taking a battering in its place, I suppose that is why it's there though.

I asked my wife to "purge" the house while I wasn't in as I don't know how I would deal with a situation like the one you had.
