Best day so far!

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the final hours of the 9th Day and today was the best day since I've quit. I did'nt even had 1 craving so far today. I'm so excited and feel stronger than ever before!

I've had a scratchy throat since this morning and a slight headache, but that's not putting me off. I know there still will be difficult days ahead, but enjoying the easy days as they come.

To all of you who are in the same boat as me, keep climbing this ladder with me!

A lot of people find they get symptoms they have never had before. Mine was tender and sore gums and a few other niggly things. Just don't get too hung up about them, they do disappear in time.

Quite right to enjoy the easy days but it is worth remembering that not everybody has really difficult days, you may be one of the lucky one hopefully.

Odd the way these symptons arise. Mine has been a dry throat when I wake up in the morning.

Hay Jaco you doing great... for the headaches....are you drinking plenty of water?? ...headaches can occur due to your brain de-hydrating a little (hence why they happen with a hangover) and with the added caffeine that the nicotine is not absorbing ...it may not help but it wont do any harm trying... it will only benefit you
