I am 19 years old and I am a student in The Netherlands(study here).I've been smoking for 4 years.I decided to quit.I am on day 2 right now and i feel really bad.I've tried to stop a few times and my record was 6 days. The problem is that i study law.It is pretty hard and requires a lot of hours spent in the room reading books.I just can't go without lightening up...I get really nervous sometimes.Smoking is the only thing i can do other than studying in my room. When i try not to smoke,i hardly can concentrate on studying and the material i read, which is really bad, because there is a lot of studying. Can you help me please?

Well it is really hard now..I have an exam in 2 weeks and i basically have to study 24/7.Studying law also requires maintenance in studying.I guess i haven't picked up the right time to quit...
There is never a 'right time' to quit BUT ther are better times than others. The better times are when we have our heads in the right place. I dont think yours is at the moment. It is entirely up to you but the sooner you give up the better! you will know if the time is right! I wish you luck!
