Get the feeling you've been here before, perhaps not, but I do know that today has got to be the first step of a long journey, and one on which I wish you all the strength, support and belief that you have quit for the final time and ahead of you lies a fag-free future filled with chances and opportunities spent on the years that you have just got back into your life, but previously did not exist, because the smoking cut them short.

Your life has opened up to endless possibilities and I think that is SO exciting! May I wish you all the luck in the world, happiness, freedom and future!

Hi Karri

I'm quite new to forum and posted earlier that I have quit a million times before also, but this time feels so different as well. I don't know if its the patches working well, or if its just my frame of mind, but I seem to be coping much better and enjoying the freedom.
