Hello Gang, I'm still smoke free and feeling stronger every day. Somebody started to talk about redundancy today at work and usually that would make me insert a cigarette in every orafice I possess....................not today though! I think this is my time, this time there's no slipping back. Yeehhhhhaaaa!x Not saying it's easy but I'm not gonna let it beat me this time. Sending positive thoughts to all of you going through this with me.x

Well done,we know deep down we can do it......we have done it!! To smoke again now would be pointless.All smokers have to give up in the end so it might as well be now.I dont want to EVER smoke again.
