Hey all, After 30 years on indulging my lover tobacco at least 40 times a day...........it's over! He's ruined my health, taken my money and made my child frightened I will die. I've had enough. I had my last cigarette 5 days ago, and although it's hurting to say Goodbye it has to be done. Here's hoping it is Goodbye and not "au revoir".

and well done on deciding to quit and getting to day 5 thats a great achievement

keeping that positive mindset will def help keep saying every morning i will not smoke today will help to keep you focused

reading and posting on here will help plus you will get as much support as you want from some amazing people that are all know what your going through
