I'm just popping in to say I've reached day 26 - I can't believe it!!
Apart from the odd twinge I think I'm starting to actually enjoy this quit now, I never thought I'd be saying that.
I haven't really been counting the days but I am thinking of each one as an achievement. It really is starting to get easier as each day goes by so I just hope I can keep this up.
I'm heading towards the 1 Month mark now so I'm moving on from the 'Adventures of Phil and Evie' thread as, sadly, Phil doesn't seem to be around anymore.

Well done Evie. So pleased for you. I loved the adventures of Evie and Phil and I am sad Phil doesnt seem to be around anymore but you have done this on your own girl! Brilliant! Keep posting and reading. You have done so well! Esso another one of your followers is also still doing well so its all good!
I'm doing okay at the moment and looking forward to reaching the 25th when I will be able to say I've been quit for a complete month - that will be quite a milestone for me.
I think that joining this forum has been the best thing I could have done because I feel that I might just be starting to get my quit under control. I'm sure that's mostly due to the fantastic support and encouragement I've had from my forum friends.
Still taking it one day at a time but I am starting to feel as if I'm in charge. It's a good feeling and well worth all the effort I've often had to put in over the past few weeks.
