Hey all. I have been smoking since I was 15. I am 29 now, and quit once for the duration of a pregnancy with my son. I started back up (outside of course) when he was 2 months. Now he is 2 years old and I am quitting again. I am on the 4th day of cold turkey and I can honestly say it gets better with time. The first 2 days were really hard for me- lots of depression and eating and sleeping, and wondering if I could ever be happy again without cigarettes. Well, I think I can. Although, I think I smoked an entire pack in my dreams last night! I woke up with quite the relief. Today I plan to really eat healthy and start working out hard because I refuse to gain any more weight.
New here, day 4.: Hey all. I have been... - No Smoking Day
New here, day 4.

It is amazing how we all feel the same things when we quit. However it is good because I can categorically say that it does get better! Well done keep it up your son will never know you were a smoker if you quit now.
