7 in the morning

I would of had at least 3 fags by now!! My throat hurts this morning and i had really weird dreams last night ; champix kicking in there!! They werent bad just made no sence...

Got through day 2 ok; stopped at 6,30 on tuesday, onto day 3 now whoop.

Well done keep it going! be proud of yourself too! The first 3 days are the hardest so if you can get through them you can do this.
