Who'd have thought it? Here I am in month 3 of my quit and feeling more and more confident of success each day!

If I can get this far, then with a little focus and determination anyone can!!

Thank you again to everyone who's supported and encouraged me. Without you guys I'd still be a hopeless junkie.

Oh and Oct 2010 Group Members let us all know how the quit is going by doing a role call in our group as it would be nice to see how everyone is getting on especially seeing as we all quit in Oct last Year x

Stil here folks, glad to see all you buddies here as well.

No longer hanging on by my fingernails, walking tall and only having about 10 fleeting thoughts a day now, no urges, no cravings, Im so glad I went cold turkey, this has been the best quit ever, and the last.

Lovely to see you're all still smoke-free.

My quit's going very well. I'm still getting fleeting thoughts of smoking but nothing that'll seriously threaten my quit if I stay vigilant. Why didn't I do this years ago? :mad:. Oh well, better late than never :p.
