Well spotted Aitch, and thanks for pointing it out. I'm glad to second your pat on the back for Haze. I know for a fact I don't give support as much as I used to. At the moment it takes me all my time to log on. It will get better though. David

Thanks very much for that acknowlegement! Aitch Davofgy and Shazza you are all part of the reason I am still quit.

It is 20 weeks for me tommorow. This is the hardest thing I have ever done, and I know how much I have relied on this forum, so I just want to help others if I can, to quit and stay quit too.
