Day 10...bit of a struggle for me

Well woke up to day ten, feeling quite bad tempered and wondering was it worth it, came on here and read some posts and this helped me get over a major crave, which almost beat me, its not been an easy ride this last few days but I wont give in !! Well done everyone on being smoke free, hopefully it will get easier :eek:

I am using patches and inhaler, glad i didnt give in i would have been so annoyed with myself, feeling a bit better this afternoon !! thanks
