Blimey, I'm suffering today, sore eyes, runny nose, cacky chest, the works!
The only upside to all this gooey nonsense is, how bad would I be feeling if I was smoking, I don't think I would be able to breathe!
Keep on, keeping on, good people.

Urggh Pappy, I am a hayfever sufferer too, although I've been lucky the last few years. Its the eye thingy that always does me in  scratch, scratch, euwwww :(. Can you get some antihistamines to help? Hope you feel better soon :).
Zoe xx
I'm all dosed up with anti-histamine and still it's getting through, Zoe!
Eugghhhh Pappy :(,
My doctor usually tells me to stick my head in the sink, very scientific , do you think he's trying to drown me??:eek:

I feel for you, I'm on that train too. There are days I look like I've "done 12 rounds with Mike Tyson" as my mother would tell me. Bulging, bloodshot eyes, streaming nose swollen face....the list goes on. Anti-histamines can only do so much.
We can't let it affect our progress though, through my watering eyes, I can see the bigger picture.

Yeah that was kinda the reason for the post, Keith.
This time last year I would have been coughing and sneezing, all on top of crap, wheezing lungs, unable to walk any great distance without getting out of breath. This year, into week 9 of my quit, yes my chest is rubbish, yes my eyes are streaming but I'm just getting on with it.
Just shows how far you can come in just a few weeks!
